I'm just about ready to build this Low-Relief Industrial Unit in OO scale:
It'll be 280mm long, and 70mm deep, so it will be ideal for placing to the rear of a layout.
There are three alternative roof textures, three different siding styles and three types of brick walling, so that means ... um ... (scratch head...) 27 possible different models!
Doors and windows are slightly recessed for realism.
